The Inbound Sales Representativerole offers the ability to work with a professional staff and provides ample room for career advancement. You will simply be taking calls and converting them into sales. Most importantly, you'll be offering peace-of-mind to home-owners when they need it most! The ideal candidate has the ability to efficiently handle calls with current customers, answering customers’ inquires and recommending upgrades to their coverage!

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with customer service and fielding inbound phone calls (1 year)
- Sales/Upselling experience (1 year)
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to commute to Naperville, IL
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advise current customers on home warranties and energy-related products
- Assist with account questions and schedule repair or maintenance services
- Take ownership of team and individual goals, meeting daily & monthly metrics
