Overview: At North American Insurance Services (NAIS), we work with hundreds of insurance companies and provide our agents with ongoing training and communication to support their business as independent insurance agents.

This is an entry-level position that provides sales support to our Brokers, Agents, and Advisors by assisting in the recruiting, onboarding, and support of our sales force.

Our ideal candidate is an eager and motivated individual who thrives on interpersonal communication. This is the perfect opportunity for a newly licensed life and/or health insurance agent to get more familiar with the industry and products. You will be able to connect with elite insurance agents and receive training from carrier representatives.

As a Sales Consultant at NAIS, you will be expected to connect with agents through the phone, social media, texting, etc.—we are not a call center, but this is not the job for you if you’re afraid of communication! It is important that you are able to provide outstanding service and support to our agents through all methods of communication. If you’re a self-starter who can anticipate next steps and proactively take actions necessary to produce results, this will be a lucrative career for you!
