We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Inbound Call Center Agent to join our fitness facility in LA. As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. With your strong communication skills and empathetic nature, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound Calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers over the phone
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Perform data entry and update customer information accurately
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to navigate computer systems and use multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Ability to handle high call volume and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.70 - $21.32 per hour
