Job Title: School Registered Nurse (1:1)
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Registered Nurse (1:1) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to a student with medical needs throughout the school day.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure student has appropriate care based on their medical needs
- Monitorvital signs, and providefirst aid as needed
- Help student with dailyactivities and tasks that require assistance
- Report on student's health status and provide staff, parentsand guardians with updates
- Collaborate with parents/guardians and school staff regarding the student's health status and care plan
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of UT
- Experience in pediatric nursing
- Experience with common childhood illnesses, chronic health conditions, and disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
