In-House Wedding Planner

We are an all-inclusive wedding venue seeking a dynamic and polished sales professional and Wedding Planner. The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport with potential couples while driving sales. This position is not a "wedding planning" role and would be the perfect fit for a sales professional who is enthusiastic about weddings and events or who appreciates fashion and design.

- Fielding phone calls from inquiries

- +5 years of experience

- Responding to email inquiries received via various sources

- Responsible for conducting site-visits and conveying the ambiance of what the venues will look and feel like for the events

- Knowledgeable of company policies and procedures

- Conducting follow up from inquiries and tours

- Ensuring accurate information is entered and managed in database

- Computer and technologically proficient

- Assisting with incoming calls and schedule tours, photo shoots, contract meetings, collect payments, hold the dates

- Generating leads, networking, establishing referrals, community events, telemarketing

• This position requires 30 to 40 work hours based on need, and will work Saturdays, Sundays

We are a privately run business that puts integrity and customer service first.

Increasing Sales and Bookings for our wedding venue is our goal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
