Location: San Rafael CA (Not Remote or Hybrid Position)

We are looking for an In-House Recruiter to join a very successful, stable, and fast-growing Green Industry company, Watersavers Irrigation. Watersavers Irrigation is a wholesale supplier of irrigation & landscape supplies, and artificial turf with locations across Northern California.

We are the largest privately held irrigation wholesale company based in Northern California with over 30 years of irrigation wholesale experience and continual growth.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly motivated, and very customer service oriented. As an In-House Recruiter , you will need the ability to not only coordinate interviews but also conduct them via Zoom or in-person. In addition to recruiting, the candidate will also need to do a variety of administrative tasks and be able to balance multiple priorities.

• Experience doing full-cycle recruiting
• In-depth knowledge and experience using Indeed
• Can-Do approach to work
• Highly organized to prioritize workload and goals
• Must possess the ability to multi-task
• Extroverted - Displays a natural ability to excel in customer service
• Great phone skills/personality
• Excellent communication skills - Both verbal and written
• Good work ethics, honest, dependable, and humble
• Self-starter who requires little oversight to succeed
• Computer proficient - Specifically in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Enjoys working in a team environment

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
