COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The Event Data Administrator position is a remote position with the occasional need to work in our DC office. Commensurate with experience, Livetech offers a competitive pay range of $54 - 62K with bonus potential and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K match, life insurance and disability income protection, plus minimum of 27 paid days off per year and extra paid time off to volunteer in your community.
THE POSITION
In partnership with our client, Livetech is responsible for planning, marketing, and implementing in-person, virtual and hybrid events, and workshops nationwide. The Event Data Administrator will be responsible for technical administrative support, troubleshooting, as well as creation and maintenance of Cvent events. Prior experience with online event registration is required. Position requires frequent technical troubleshooting and administrative support. The ability to master systems for event setup, participant upload, surveys, reporting and follow-up is required. The candidate should be able to troubleshoot issues and be comfortable interacting with multiple end users, Cvent Administrators, and support staff. Continuous professional communication with Project Managers, Administrative Support and in-field staff will be essential to success in this position. Please note: This is not an Event Planning position; it is an operations position supporting a national events field staff.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Daily monitoring of shared mailboxes
· Process intake of requests, including prioritization
· Accurate data entry
· Efficient review of participant data lists, including data hygiene using Excel functions and formulas
· Creation of custom event reports
· Formatting of participant data list uploads
· Consistent written and verbal communication with in-field staff and volunteers
· Help to identify new and innovative ways to use client registration systems within business process guidelines
· Troubleshooting user errors and communicating feedback to impacted and/or key stakeholders
· Perform other job-related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
· Experience with Event Management software, specifically Cvent
· Strong critical thinking skills are a must
· Ability to obtain and maintain Cvent Event Management Certification
· Ability to successfully work independently as well as collaborate with team members
· Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines effectively
· Exemplary customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to stay in alignment with and maintain an understanding of adapting and evolving processes and guidelines
· Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate an off-the-shelf web-based product quickly and efficiently - HTML formatting is preferred, but not required
· Ability to write instructions clearly and succinctly when needed to help users
· Ability to see the big picture when solving challenges and issues that arise
· Conscientious quality control of the event building process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $29.80 per hour
