Based in: Miami, Florida. Flexibility to work remote.

Job Purpose: Provide legal support to the Legal Team and liaise with the different business areas to facilitate the development of the following activities:

• Support LIT's subsidiaries' global strategy ("Global Footprint").
• Interact with LIT's global provider ("Provider") to maintain the existing agreement and relationship.
• Report Global Footprint's open tasks, progress, activities, blockers, and escalate when required.
• Assist and coordinate with Provider annual corporate governance, accounting, and taxes filing for Global Footprint.
• Assist Operations team to request advice and/or guidance from Provider to assess and understand nuances, processes, and any complexities for entering, executing, and delivering services in certain jurisdictions.
• Maintain up to date the internal Global Footprint database to report to the business areas.
• Review, draft and negotiate as a service solution contract with customers.
• Review, draft and negotiate procurement contract with third parties.
• Support the optimization of the contracting process and drive the adoption of templates to improve contracting support times.
• Assist to implement internal process and best practices as the company expands to comply with regulations and implementation of most efficient corporate structures.
• Pursue continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: o JD or equivalent degree

• Language Skills: o Fluent in English and ideally in Spanish (written and verbal)

• Work and Experience: o Mid-level experience o Ability to manage several simultaneous projects with deadlines with excellent organization skills. o Willingness to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. o Solid negotiation skills and business acumen o Exposure to international business and cross-border transactions o Exposure to technology and technology-related legal work o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Data Privacy and Security understanding

• Other skills: o Ability to effectively communicate. o Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. o Fact-based and meticulous approach to resolving issues. o Highest level of integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
