An international commercial production and entertainment company that has offices in New York, Los Angeles and London. We create and produce award-winning TV, film and advertising projects. We are currently looking for an exceptional, highly motivated In-House Coordinator in our NY office for the commercial production division. He or she will help with pre and post-production responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to online research, treatment/moodboard help, social media and website upkeep, answering phones, and running occasional light errands, more details below. This is a good opportunity for an aspiring director, as many award-winning directors started in this position.
Qualifications
- Experience in Adobe Suite (Indesign, Photoshop), Google Slides, Keynote (Pluses - ReadyMag, After Effects, Illustrator).

- Position is in person at the NY office, five days a week.
Responsibilities
- Assisting Managing Partners and Executive Producer with their day to day, i.e. calendar management and reminders. Pitch process, i.e. setting up Zoom/conference calls, liaising with directors and LA office, assisting with obtaining and posting crew reels, researching reference spots and setting Wiredrive project rooms.
- Coordinating with Directors and Executive Producers for treatments -- from creative research, proofreading and laying out treatments as needed, to booking treatment writers and visual presenters.
- Updating website (on Wordpress) / social media platforms, content creation as needed.
- Coordinating with Publicist and assisting with collection of press materials and bio.
- Vault management, making sure we have final copies of director’s work in Wiredrive and cleanup of wiredrive if necessary.
- Office upkeep, i.e. making sure the office is tidy and presentable, managing office access and phone calls, mail and packages, supplies.
- Working with freelance crew when there is production in the office to help coordinate when there are jobs.
