Position Summary:
Primary responsibility is building lasting relationships with In Home accounts by traveling to customers and prospects
within the assigned territory and via the phone including, but not limited to, solidifying client relationships, expanding
share of wallet, prospecting new opportunities, and working with existing clients to leverage current programs to
increase sales volume.
Key Job Responsibilities:
· Meet with customers and prospects within assigned territory.
· Manage current clients and increase revenue within assigned Book of Business. Build customer relationships
through development and implementation of sales/marketing plans.
· Communicate to/work with management to resolve unique customer concerns/issues. Provide support for
overflow customer service needs and supporting consumer issues to drive client satisfaction.
· Drive transactions with support from customer leasing agents and operations teams.
· Collaborate with internal groups to ensure sustained growth and account management. Schedule regular in-
person and virtual meetings with customers to facilitate account growth and retention.
· Match services with customer needs. Demonstrate knowledge of In Home programs, customers, industry,
competition, and pricing.
· Partner with Branches to maximize efficiencies and develop market strategies and action plans.
· Maintain data in the CRM. Schedule on-site appointments, follow-ups, and maintain accurate contact
information.
· Monitor and analyze industry trends. Market to competitive landscape and communicate information to group
leadership to assist in the evaluation of sales strategy and long-term planning.
· Provide outbound marketing support and client communications to drive Consumer referral business.
· Manage execution of marketing campaigns and specials, direct mail, digital strategies, and fulfillment.
· Manage referral/loyalty programs. Sign up new agents. Drive business through management of referral
programs.

Required Education & Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years direct business development or account management experience in B2B and/or B2C environments preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Desire to work within a fast-paced sales and marketing environment
• Entrepreneurial, forward-thinking mindset and motivation to rapidly build new business
• Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to lead and manage various aspects of sales
process – from prospecting to retaining and customer growth – using relationship building and solution-based selling skills
• Ability to establish credibility with clients and optimize and expand existing business relationships
• Ability to advocate for clients and business partners
• Strong interpersonal skills, bias to action and ability to tackle challenges with creative and timely solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working familiarity of Salesforce or comparable CRM, marketing tools and various go-to-market strategies
• A successful track record of presenting information effectively and professionally one-on-one and in small
group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must have reliable transportation to be used for field visits
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to travel within assigned territory (at least 3 days per week)
• Conduct sales activities with customers at the customer’s place of business
