*Compensation stated is the combination of a base hourly plus bonuses and easily accomplished for the driven individual. Leads provided*

Barres Insurance Group - Allstate Agency, is looking for a licensed Home Insurance Quoting and Sales specialist. Must be versed in Home insurance here in Florida, and have a current P&C insurance license (4-40, 20-44 or 2-20), quoting 10-15 homes a day or more on busy days with multiple insurance carriers.

*Pay Scale will coincide with skill and experience in the Florida Insurance Market*

**Assessment must be completed after resume is submitted to be considered for position. System will guide applicants to the assessment, questions which take 25-30 minutes to complete or less typically.

• Florida Property and Casualty 4-40 license at minimum. (Time may be given for licensing depending on circumstance.) Higher level licenses preferred but not required.
• Insurance License required & can be obtained during training.
• 20-44 or 2-20 Insurance license also accepted andpreferred.
• 2-15 Life Insurance License a plus! (And offers additional income potential!)
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection.
• Pass background check.
• Only highly driven self motivated individuals should apply.

**Multi-lingual a plus but not a requirement.
