Our Water TreatmentSales Consultants meet with customers in their homes, analyze customers' water composition, and educate them on various Water Treatment options such as, reverse osmosis systems, water softeners, tank and tankless systems, etc., while delivering exceptional customer service, follow-through, and providing quick attention to any issues thay may arise. 2-3 years of residential IN-HOME sales experience is ideal, water industry experience highly preferred.
This is a full-time position working in customers' homes throughout the valley. We offer Monday-Friday and Tuesday-Saturday schedules (based on current needs) and offer a great commission-based compensation plan! Plus, our percentage earnings fall a few points higher than the national water industry average!

What Will I Do?
- Meet with customers in their home
- Analyze customers' water composition
- Accurately diagnose the cause of water quality issues
- Confidently quote each installation need to the customer
- Be thorough in inspections and accurate in quoting replacements or repairs
- Confidently present product solutions using product knowledge and sales expertise
Do I have What it Takes?
- 2+ years sales experience (Water Treatment highly desired)
- Gain a thorough understanding of water chemistry
- Possess expertise within the Water Treatment Industry to help support and grow the business
- An entrepreneurial spirit with extreme self-motivation and assertiveness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to attend company led continuing education
