Experienced Automotive or Retail Sales Consultant

Champion Air is looking for experienced sales professionals to join our team. At Champion Air, we’ve partnered with COSTCO, making it easier than ever for customers to purchase their home comfort HVAC system. When you join our team, you will be the first impression for the Champion Air brand while approaching/providing COSTCO members with knowledgeable support throughout the initial sales process.
The purpose is to set sales appointments with COSTCO members as they exit the warehouse so our sales team can visit in person and sell a new home HVAC system. This position is part-time with three days off each week at a minimum. Even with a flexible schedule and part-time hours, one can realistically expect to earn $1,600-$2,200 per week in commissions.
 

• Do I need to understand HVAC to be successful? NO! training will be provided.

• Are these cold leads? NO! all members walk right past the warehouse kiosk.

What Does Each Day Look Like?

1. Greet Costco Members walking by the Champion Air Kiosk and set an appointment time for our sales team to meet at their home with them to discuss installing a new home hvac system.
2. Explain the features and benefits of the various products and services while soliciting information from the customers on their individual needs. Training is provided!
3. Build rapport and relationships with the store's leadership team
4. Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically

What will determine ultimate success in this position?
Yes, the compensation is quite high, and the job has flexibility on working hours. To ultimately be successful, we are seeking a candidate with a sales and commission mindset who loves talking with others and getting to know the people around them. A person who is hospitable and understands the core tenants of customer service/success and possesses a positive mental attitude. The ability to manage one’s self is necessary as there is not a supervisor present for most working hours.
What Training Is Provided? Do I need to know about Air Conditioning?
You do not need to know about air conditioning. Our paid training will allow you to answer any question asked!
