In Home Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant with over 2 years of in house sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, account management, and business development. This position will be responsible for managing and growing our market share in the Home Improvement industry.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to confirmed leads for prospective clients immediately.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Thoroughly review, discuss, and set thorough buyer expectations for our products and process.
• Align with the customer on process timelines, financing options, design options and contractual obligations throughout the contract to close process.
• Follow and adhere to all 5 Star Bath company policy, procedures, schedules, and management directives.
• Exercise excellent scheduling, follow up, communication, and documentation skills in all areas.
• Coordinate communications between the production department, administration and other departments as needed.
• Prepare timely and accurate sales reports and develop sales forecasts.
• Provide reports and sales data to leadership.
• Develop Sales Strategies to acquire more customers and expand the sales team in the future.
• Lead or participate in any scheduled sales promotional events as they occur.
• Any other duties and responsibilities

Pay:- Commission based pay with no cap

What we need from you?

• Minimum 2 years commission sales experience (Experience in Home Remodeling Business would be preferred)
• Advanced selling skills and experience managing a multi-faceted process
• Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of personnel, management, customers and other third parties
• Exercise professional courtesy, timely follow up, and integrity with all prospective buyers, Five Star vendors and employees.
• Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
• Basic computer skills
• Must have transportation capabilities
• Must have and maintain a current and valid Texas driver’s license, a clean driving record and must remain insurable under the company’s liability insurance policy.
• Bilingual a plus

Salary: $102,400.00 - $173,294.00 per year
