Pay: $21.50/hr
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 2:30 PM-6:30 PM

Responsibilities: What are the care requirements of this client?
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Engagement
- Bathing/Dressing
- Standby assistance
- Toileting
- Medication Reminders
- Hygiene/Grooming Assistance
Notes: Client is independent but uses a rollator. Will need some assistance getting in/out of shower. Client has some forgetfulness. Family has vehicle available for use with client as necessary
Requirements: What is required from you?
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a valid ID or Driver’s License
- Must be reliable
- Caregiver will be expected to wear scrubs
- Caregiver will be expected to take and log vitals
