Reports to: VP, Fuel Systems
Location: Tulsa or Oklahoma City with direct oversight of Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Arkansas, and Texas (future) branches.

Position Description:
The Regional Vice President, Petroleum, will be an experienced, strategically minded leader who can create, drive, and execute both a near and long-term strategy. The successful candidate will lead a multi-state Region, including direct responsibility for all Branch operations and sales. This role will additionally be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing the company's strategic goals, and identifying business opportunities that would maximize the company's performance, drive revenues, and achieve profitability goals.
The qualified candidate will be a high-energy self-starter with a strong work ethic who excels at both day-to-day tactical execution as well as long-term strategic planning. This individual must be motivated by a competitive industry and be an expert at fulfilling customer requirements and maximizing profitability; excellent communication, business development, and leadership skills, as well as strong financial acumen, will all be critical to success in this role.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Plans, directs, and manages the operations for the defined geographic region, ensuring the development and implementation of cost-effective and efficient processes to meet current and future business requirements.
• Set operational and/or performance goals for each department which are aggressive, achievable, tied to long-term goals and contribute to the growth of the team.
• Ability to create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that maintain and maximize the overall operations.
• Ensure all department heads are fully informed of operational objectives and that priorities are clear. Gain understanding of challenges and empower them to find solutions.
• Manage profit/loss responsibility with successful results. Able to implement and manage budgets in an effective and responsible fashion.
• Develop and execute an annual business plan in support of the segment's financial and non-financial objectives
• Identify growth markets and implement growth strategies
• Develop and execute a customer service strategy to ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and influential industry consultants
• Facilitate M&A opportunities to enable inorganic growth
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years' leadership experience, with a strong preference for at least 5 years leading a large ($10 MM ) P&L.
• Prior leadership experience in the commercial construction & service industry.
• Experience with acquisitions, integration, and building successful teams of high performers
• Demonstrated prior success coaching a team and leading managers across a broad geography
• Strong financial and analytical skills; must be able to identify opportunities in the market and develop a strategy to capitalize top line growth and profitability
• Strong communication and influence skills required; must be able to effectively enact change management and implement and lead new initiatives and programs

• Strong bias for action and keen sense of urgency
• Flexible and adaptable to demanding and fast-paced work environment
• Ability to travel frequently in order to meet with internal partners
• Comfortable operating in an environment of ambiguity and enjoys problem solving
