Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a Implementation Specialist to join our HUB Parking Technology team!

You are an ideal candidate if you have previously worked on parking equipment, security system installations and service or access automation/control equipment. **This position will require 50% minimum travel**

Requirements

•    Analyze, Test document and re-engineer to system design specifications.
•    Create and execute test procedures for product functionality including customer factory and lanes acceptance testing.
•    Coordinate and conduct on-site business analysis workshops that are used to define, understand customer requirements and to design and configure the HUB/TIBA applications.
•    Update system design documents, functional specifications and configure HUB/TIBA applications.
•    Research and analyze business issues by evaluating workflow, interviewing subject matter experts, utilizing database queries and tools and investigating work practices.
•    Assist in the preparation of project plans and schedules for application deployment efforts.
•    Assist in troubleshooting applications, open and track Jira stories for HUB/TIBA and 3rd party applications.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills. These include the ability to interpret requirements and develop documentation that is concise and easy to understand for non-technical personnel.
•    Must be analytical and have ability to create and follow implementation processes.
•    Must be able to comprehend, analyze, execute and utilize SQL queries to analyze and troubleshoot backend processes.

No brainer REQUIREMENTS, you MUST possess the following:

• Electronics technical school training or equivalent
• Ability to work on proprietary software, as well has hardware communications, programming and repair
• A clean driving record
• SQL Server database maintenance and Microsoft Operating Systems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, specifically with customers, as well as the ability to work well within a team environment
