Implementation Manager

We are seeking a Project Implementation Manager with a project management background to take on a key role within our company. As a member of our Services team, you will work on planning, managing, and coordinating all aspects of software installs/updates for new and existing customers; providing outstanding implementation support; and managing client relationships, as well as other projects as needed in our company.
What you will do:
Schedule/conduct project kickoff & update calls with sites (both commercial & research)
Track, document, and organize site information for commercial and research implementations
Act as primary liaison between client and RAPID to ensure projects stay on track
Perform base level troubleshooting & support, including:
Ensuring all test scans process appropriately
Working with site to configure some base protocols on scanners
Coach/prepare sites for successful go-lives
Coordinate training and follow-ups for clients
Manage client relationship & provide amazing customer responsiveness/experience
Conduct regular reviews with customer to evaluate utilization/performance
Work with accounts to identify opportunities of upsell/growth/expansion
Communicate new product information/educational opportunities
What you bring:
Imaging, neurovascular, clinical, or healthcare admin/soft-IT background
Project management/ implementation experience (certification is a plus)
Extensive experience working with or for hospitals/healthcare IT
Fluent in all Google, Microsoft, Apple products and functionality
Bachelor’s Degree
Project management certification is a plus
At least 2 years of experience managing complex projects in healthcare/health-tech field
Non-Technical Skills and Requirements:
Very effective communication skills (both speaking & writing)
High standard of organization
Ability to quickly learn/absorb new information
Ability and willingness to work some odd hours
Solid customer service skills (internal and external)
Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical users
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Independent and self-motivated
Open to new ideas

Compensation - The salary range target for the role described in this job description is $100,000 to $120,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including but not limited to candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
