The Position
The Opportunity
As the Implementation Manager at Roche Colombia, you will be responsible forleading and managing the implementation of our navify solutions at our customer sites, ensuring timely delivery within budget and specifications. Your role will involve the management of all aspects of the delivery of the solution to the client, from presales to full solution implementation (installation, systems integration, solution validation, training and transition to support). With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and system efficiency, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the Roche navify solutions, supporting both internal and external stakeholders with expertise and proactive approach.
Lead and manage the implementation of navify digital solutions, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and according to specifications. Develop project plans, coordinate resources, and track project status.
Conduct installations of navify solutions, including system integration, validation, and customer training.
Analyze and resolve errors during system implementation. Perform updates, maintenance, and integration of new analysis systems.
Provide application and operational support for Roche navify IT solutions. Offer advice on preventive activities and system enhancements.
Advise customers on service contracts, scope changes, and benefits. Support sales organization with system presentations and reference visits.
Inform management about sales opportunities, market observations, and competitor activities. Share insights with relevant colleagues.
Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with internal teams to enhance navify implementation projects.
Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain clear communication with stakeholders for smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training programs to enhance IT solution and project management skills.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field is required. Master's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL) preferred.
Proven experience in managing IT implementation projects, including planning, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
Strong understanding of IT solutions, including installation, troubleshooting, and system integration. Familiarity with healthcare IT systems is a plus.
Proficiency in analyzing technical issues, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of healthcare industry, regulatory requirements, and IT solution trends is advantageous.
