Position: Implementation & EDI Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Gathering requirements to build configurations for the online enrollment system.
- Data Analysis & Integration - EDI file transfers, establishing EDI connections, setting up new clients, monitoring transmissions.
- Assisting with implementations for new clients & carriers.
Preferred Experience:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Office 365 applications
Bonus Experience:
- Experience with EDI tools, transfers, connections, setups, monitoring transmissions
- Experience with coding, testing configurating or validating systems
- Knowledge of the insurance industry
Location:
- East Lansing, MI area (Hybrid - ability to work remote 3 days per week)
