Job Description
The Implementation Specialist role is a key position that requires a combination of strong technical and people skills, while ensuring the implementation and ongoing support of our software solutions goes smoothly. You will work with our internal Customer Success Operations team and our clients, providing technical guidance during implementation and ongoing support for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a Customer Success Manager / IT Project Manager to define and execute software implementation projects
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to our customers during software onboarding
- Analyze customer workflows and systems, and optimize our solutions to fit their needs
- Identify scope changes, manage risks, and customer expectations
- Execute project tasks as assigned by the Project Manage
- Liaise with customers on behalf of the Customer Success Manager when necessary
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies, and be able to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to customers
About you:
- 1 – 4 years total experience
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Ability to learn quickly
- API experience is very helpful
- Experience within the Supply Chain and/or pharmaceutical industry preferred but not required
