Immigration Paralegal

Overview:
We are seeking an experiencedImmigration Paralegal to join our team. As an Immigration Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in providing high-quality legal services to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and attention to detail who is passionate about immigration law.

Duties:
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Prepare and file immigration forms, petitions, and applications
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including drafting letters and affidavits
- Maintain case files and update client information in document management systems
- Review and analyze documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and other parties involved in the immigration process
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Transcribe dictations and prepare summaries of meetings or hearings
- Provide support during client meetings, interviews, and hearings
- Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times
