Seeking Business Immigration Paralegal

The Banad Law Offices, P.C. is a full-service law firm focusing primarily on legal matters involving Immigration and Nationality Law with an emphasis on Family-Based Immigration, Consular Processing and Employment Based Immigration.

This position is for individuals with proficient experience in Business Immigration. We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual as a paralegal to handle all aspects of Business Immigration, particularly employment based.

This is a temporary position, with a possibility to be permanent.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in business Immigration Experiences.
• Knowledge in handling H1B, L1A, L1B, O1, P, PERM, Filing I-140 is a must.
• Independent worker who is friendly in a team-oriented environment is a MUST! This is a fast-paced environment and accountability, and responsibility is important!
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Must understand how to navigate computer programs such as word, excel.
• Knowledge of Immigration Software such as INSZoom is a plus but not necessary.

Location in Downtown Manhattan across from 26 federal plaza close to City Hall

Work is in office. No remote work.

Schedule will be M-F from 10 am to 6pm

Salary commensurate with experience. Additional benefits to be discussed.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
