Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in all matters related to immigration, including visas, citizenship, asylum, and deportation defense.
• Prepare and submit applications, petitions, and appeals, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in immigration courts and before government agencies.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on the latest immigration laws and policies.
• Work collaboratively within our team to develop innovative legal strategies.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to a state bar.
• Demonstrated interest in immigration law, with internships or clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• A proactive, innovative mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a startup environment.
