Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $125,000.00 (Based on experience)

Our office is looking for an experienced Immigration Attorney who is ready to grow professionally, gain invaluable experience, and prosper with our office. The responsibilities for the associate attorney position include, but are not limited to, the following:

1) representing clients during Master Calendar and Individual hearings before the Immigration Court in New York and other jurisdictions;

2) Attending Adjustment of Status, Stokes, I-751, and Naturalization interviews;

3) Preparing and filing motions, joint motions, evidence, and other correspondence with the Immigration Court and Office of the Chief Counsel;

4) Filing Notices of Appeal and Appellate briefs with the Board of Immigration Appeals;

5) Preparing and litigating SIJS petitions before the New York Family Courts;

6) Supervising the work of assigned experienced paralegals;

7) Visiting with clients detained in immigration and criminal facilities.

Attorney should have at least 2 years of experience in Immigration Law and fluency in Spanish is preferred.
