Associate Immigration Attorney - Temp/Perm As Needed

We are committed to assisting our clients resolve their immigration problems, no matter where they're located or what type of problem they need help with. Our team is capable of helping those who speak many languages, and we have experience working on cases that involve simple visa applications as well as more complex deportation defense matters.

The Associate Attorney will be a key team member of a fast-growing Law Firm with multiple locations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Representing clients before USCIS and various immigration courts and agencies.

Conducting legal research and writing detailed briefs.

Interviewing clients to collect information

Preparing clients for court interviews.

Qualifications:

Licensed attorney in any state

Law School degree

Other Requirements:

Excellent research and writing skills

Multi-lingual is a plus, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $36.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
