Our team at the Labs consists of many young, talented, and bright engineers, marketers, researchers, and business executives. Manifest Labs handles all aspects of client acquisition (marketing, conversion, CRM), sales funnel, vetting and intake, billing, collections, and ongoing support, therefore enabling our lawyers to focus on advising clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of client consultations on a daily basis with a very diverse and unique set of clients. The most common visa types for Manifest Law are O1's, E1/E2 visa, L1 visas, EB1 & EB2 NIW, EB3 PERM, H1B's etc.)
- Analyze the viability of cases and assign them to co-counsels that Manifest Law partners with to conduct the actual case preparation and appearance;
- Train, coach and educate Manifest account managers that conduct initial client consultations and intake;
- To work closely with our marketing team in creating high-quality videos, photos, articles, and content to market legal services to clients;
- Educate other team members on nuances and new developments in Immigration law through internal training;
- Prepare client matters to file with USCIS and appear on G28s as required.
Experience/Requirements:
- Admitted to practice Immigration law in the US;
- 4+ years in Immigration law (associate, senior associate, or Immigration Attorney);
- Experience in business immigration (employment) and family immigration;
- Deep knowledge of US immigration practices and processes
- Detail-oriented and responsive work style
- DocketWise or similar software experience is welcome but not required
- Ambitious, hungry, and energetic
- Interest in the innovative technology

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $170,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
