Ampersand Ice Cream in Fresno, CA is looking for an Ice Cream Apprentice to join our hard-working team and be developed into an Ice Cream Maker! Our ideal candidate takes direction and correction well, is self-motivated, happy to help, and task oriented and looking for long-term employment.
Responsibilities
- *Dishes! *Egg-cracking, candy making, baking, and of course making Ice Cream. *Creating daily production schedules and executing them to Ampersand standards. *Multi-tasking in a busy and fast-paced focused kitchen. *Following all work standards set by Ampersand owners and management. *Weekends and evenings will be required
Qualifications
- *Must be able to handle heavy lifting (over 50lbs) and a physical day. *Some professional kitchen experience is great but not required. *2-4 years of general work experience. *Minimum age requirement - 18 years *Limited to no food allergens or dietary restrictions.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.50 - $18.50/hour.
