IAM Architect - SailPoint

Are you an IAM SME? BCT is seeking a strong IAM Technical Lead with experience in SailPoint ISC, SAP ARM and NERM/SecZetta to assist & lead our client's Identity Access Management Program rollout. You will act as the SME & will bridge the technical and business sides. Your strong collaboration skills and expert knowledge of SailPoint IAM implementation & configuration will be required for a successful rollout. This DFW opportunity is open to either long term contract or direct hire.

CONTRACT PAY: Up to $105/hr. W2 depending on candidates experience, etc.

DIRECT HIRE: Up to $160K depending on experience, etc.

This is mostly onsite in North Dallas with some hybrid flexibility once established. Seeking candidates in the DFW metroplex.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the project team of IAM program delivery. This is a multi-phase program with an estimated completion date of April 2025.
• Helps translate business and technical needs to requirements, process flows, and architectural diagrams.
• Collaborate with other product teams to ensure thorough analysis and execution of business workflows and the associated data.
• Maintain run books and other support materials.
• Lead the prioritization of the work of the support organization, both internal and external
• Acts as tier-one issue resolution.
• Oversees the implementation of solutions for integrating new applications or infrastructure platforms into IAM processes.
• Support IAM growth through leadership of roadmap execution. Identity opportunities to increase adoptions and compliance with the program.
• Fosters an understanding of the need for and application of the IAM system and facilitates decision-making with the business users.

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in IAM as an architect, implementation engineer, or similar role
• Prior experience implementing SailPoint ISC tool including SAP ARM and Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) (formerly SecZetta)
• SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer, IdentityIQ Engineer, or IdentityIQ Architect.
• Experience with UAR (User Access Reviews)
• Strong understanding of audit and IT general controls.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CISA, CIPP/US or CIPT, GSEC, CIAC, CEH, and CPT are strongly preferred.
