Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has an opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Le Mars, IA 51031
Assignment Start Date: 1/18/2024
13 weeks | Days | 8-10-hour shifts | 40 hours guaranteed weekly
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details.The Assisted Living LPN will be responsible for:
- Medication passing for residents
- Performing basic care tasks for residents including, but not limited to:
- Dressing assistance
- Assistance with bathing
- Assistance with cleaning
- Assistance to/from the dining room
- Observe and report changes in physical, mental, social, and spiritual health
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience: Minimum 2 years LPN experience.is required
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- Current IA State LPN license
EMR System: Meditechknowledge/experience preferred
Shift: Days, Weekdays, and Weekends
