The Single Family Housing Office uses available funding to deliver programs & resources that expand access to homeownership opportunities for first-time homebuyers & low- to moderate-income households throughout Ohio. The Office also promotes & fosters the sustainability of homeownership through programs & resources within & outside OHFA.

- Manage, supervise, and review work of Single Family Homebuyer staff
- Track production of staff and recommends improvements
- Work with lenders to research and resolve mortgage pipeline issues
- Conduct lender training

HYBRID Work - This position is eligible to participate in OHFA's teleworking policy. Currently, employees must report to the office two (2) days a week & may work from an alternative work location three (3) days per week. OHFA's offices are located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231.

- Experience in Mortgage Lending Management
- Experience supervising, managing, and providing performance feedback for staff
