Admin Assistant to Norm Therapy® (Volunteer/Remote)

**This is an unpaid volunteer position
Responsibilities And What You Will Do:

• Provides high-level support and assistance to the Norm Therapy® Department Manager and/or other assigned leadership staff.
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, doing research, completing reports, and other documents for senior staff.
• Schedules and attends meetings, taking notes and recording minutes, to include company and department meetings.
• Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews content, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes content to appropriate staff.
• Performs department tasks including maintaining records, scheduling reminders, engaging in Slack etc.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Must be available to volunteer 8-10 hours a week
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
