Shift: M-F, 8-5

Summary:

Assists in the formulation of a project's scope, objectives, and costs. Prepares work plans and schedules, including requirements, tasks, work assignments, resources, and the inclusion of project milestones and review points. Coordinates the activities of HR staff and third-party vendors contracted to support various HR projects. Performs and improves project management functions, program coordination, and project reporting for the HR Department. Works in conjunction with the HR leadership team. Provides routine and ad hoc support to Office of General Counsel and the Board of Trustees. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree. In lieu of degree, any combination of education, training, and experience in addition to the experience stated below. Progressive experience in a health care setting with high-paced, high-volume environments. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Displays the ability to be collaborative and a quick study. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.). Possesses a high degree of analytic ability, ability to manage multiple priorities, and the ability to pivot from one assignment to the next with ease. Driven by personal values that are consistent with the System's values with a focus on the best interests of the System. Preferred: Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MHSA, MPA, or equivalent coursework). Relative Human Resources experience. Possesses broad knowledge of current and historical perspectives on Human Resources and organizational development, information systems, and overall healthcare administration. Working knowledge of MS Access and/or statistical software packages. Physical Demands: May need to move around intermittently during the day, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating. May need to remain still for extended periods, including sitting and standing. Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications. Ability to read job related documents. Ability to use computer.
