We are representing an engineering firm that is searching for a hybrid HR Manager in a suburb of Pittsburgh, PA.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- BS degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar degree. MS degree/MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience as an HR Manager and generalist.
- Must have experience in a wide variety of Human Resources responsibilities including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, talent management, employee relations, employment and labor law and a strong strategic planning and business acumen background.
