We are a specialty chemicals manufacturer seeking an experienced, reliable and motivated person to manage our customer order process.
Primary Responsibilities:

Must have dependable transportation.
32 hours per week M-Th 8:30am-4:30pm.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
- Generate quotations, sales orders, acknowledgements, invoices, proforma invoices and other documents.
- Respond to all internal and external communication in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to confirm order details.
- Maintain customer records and update any changes or modifications to orders.
- Monitor and update information over several different platforms.
- Process completed orders through to invoicing.
- Liaise with customers regarding delivery dates and order expectations.
- Coordinate with procurement and manufacturing to determine lead times and communicate scheduling information with operations, sales, and clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service and order processing related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Sage MAS90, Quickbooks, or other accounting/ERP software.
- Excellent attention to detail and good organization and time management skills.
Must have dependable transportation.
