We are seeking a Franchise Account Executive to join our team and take responsibility for finding, developing, and closing deals. You will leverage your exceptional communication abilities and passion for franchise success to forge strong connections with clients and prospects, providing them with effective business solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES
The job responsibilities of this Franchise Account Executive position include, but are not limited to:
- Work the entire sales cycle to close. Contact potential clients to nurture, qualify, and follow up from warm leads, referrals, cold contacts, and self-prospected methods via phone, email, and chat.
- Qualify, consult, and educate potential clients to create sales-ready opportunities.Generate quotes, answer objections, negotiate and follow up for execution and create a strong business relationship with prospects and repeat customers.
- Manage your sales pipeline, sales activities, and forecasting. Enter and update all potential opportunities in our Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM).
- Develop a strong understanding of the key differentiators that make Clarity the 5-Star UCaaS service for the business categories we specialize in servicing.
- Continuously learn and keep current with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor tactics.
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales booking targets and maximize short-term revenue.
- Build and maintain a consistent revenue pipeline that will support your goals.
- Utilize social networking applications, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and others to develop new leads. Collaborate with Marketing to maximize these opportunities.
- Work trade exhibitions as requested by management.
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Ability to communicate well with customers
- 5-7 years of sales experience
- Ability to travel as required (up to 6-8 times a year)
- Experience with the CRM
Preferred
- Basic knowledge of VoIP systems and technology
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Want to serve small businesses
- An understanding and love of the sales process
- Understand franchisor/franchisee relationships
WORKSITE
- The Franchise Account Executive position is fully remote with company-sponsored visits to our Michigan headquarters.
- Travel is required to meet with clients and any sponsored events.
- Every team member has the option to work in our Southfield, Michigan office when they believe it beneficial to do so.
