We are a company that is navigating the evolving landscape of events. Lead seamless blending of virtual and in-person experiences as Hybrid Event Program Manager. Our objective is to engage audiences and achieve organizational goals through high-quality experiences.
What we’re looking for
Have extensive experience promoting B2B events in enterprise software/SaaS industry
Have experience with a marketing or business program with relevant educational qualifications
Be able to build and deliver virtual and Hybrid Events
Have in-depth knowledge of virtual event platforms and live streaming technologies
Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail
Thrive in an ambiguous environment with excellent adaptability
Possess effective leadership abilities and exhibit a collaborative mindset
Understand web development, UX/UI, APIs, and technology integration
Have experience with communication technology such as Zoom, Webex, and Microsoft Teams
Be an expert in Salesforce, Pardot, G-Suite, and Excel
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$86,400.00Maximum:

Anticipated Position Close Date:
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
