Hybrid Data Entry

Currently Remote but will become Hybrid in April
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
• Ability to work in a team environment, Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Experience in bad check and/or bad debt collection is desired, Very organized and detail-oriented
• Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent
• Import and export data between different software
• Maintain and update spreadsheets
• Input data into databases and spreadsheets
• Maintain libraries of electronic storage media
• Receive and register documents
• Verify accuracy and completeness of data
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Performs other duties as assigned. Supports the organization's quality program(s).
Requirements:
CANDIDATES WILL WORK REMOTE, PREFERRED LOCATION BEDFORD HEIGHTS AND GREATER CLEVELAND, OH.
Resources can start pending screening.
Equipment will be provided (desktop, monitors, keyboard, mouse, phone/headset) but they may need to use a personal device to attend at the start of training. This will depend on arrival of equipment.
Training Time Monday-Friday, 7:00 am- 3:30 pm
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing High school diploma or GED required.
Experience One (1) year of clerical or client support representatives.
Skills & Knowledge
Excellent oral and written communication PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to meet or exceed
