HYBRID opportunity. Candidate must be able to work onsite in Federal Way for the first 2-3 months, then the role moves to 100% remote.
Job Description:
People in this job deal with payments and apply them to the correct Customer Accounts. The duties of a cash applications specialist are to manually review all remittance from customers or clients, and match the payments to the appropriate invoices to make sure payment has been received.
Skills/Qualifications:
•High School diploma or equivalent required
•Minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience required
•Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook required
•Data Entry Experience filling out online forms
•savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals
Work Environment:
Training: 8-5 M-F. could start as early as 5/6 am if they want after training. shift may change over time, but flex with peoples schedule, no time constraints on doing the work though the day as long as its done.
REMOTE AFTER ONSITE: onsite 1-2 months based on catching on and onboarding experience then sent home.
