Job Description
- Properly diagnose and repair HVAC/R equipment.
- Explains services and policies prior to diagnostic and repair.
- Charge and collect for all work performed, per company policy and procedures.
- Complete paperwork daily in the dispatch program, recording all hours and materials used on each job before leaving that site. Turns in all completed paperwork and related forms with revenue to Service Manager or Service Dispatcher daily or as directed.
- Make sure that customers are satisfied with the services rendered before leaving the site.
- Keep the entire work area neat and organized and free of scrap and debris, foot, or fingerprints.
- Provide customers with information on the company’s maintenance contracts.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Good mechanical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be willing to undergo an MVR and background check.
