Hvac Superintendent - Multifamily

Reliable Ducts Heating and Cooling is a Jacksonville based HVAC contractor that provides service, replacement, and new construction for some of the largest Multifamily, SF home and custom builders in Florida. We are a sister company of Sunshine State Plumbing which has established relationships with these builders for 15+ years.

As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for an individual with a positive, team first mentality to join our team as a Field Superintendent.

Job Duties:

- Coordinating New construction projects and communicating with builders

- Inspecting jobs for accuracy and completeness

- Managing field staff and schedules

- Processing field purchase orders and material POs

- Communicate with internal estimating and project management team in office

Requirements:

- HVAC Experience (7-10 years +)

- Project management skills on a multifamily apartment project

- Ability to effectively manage and communicate

- Attention to detail

- Ability to travel to out of town jobs if necessary

- Management experience a huge plus

- Self starter and entrepreneurial minded
