Results Statement:

The results of successfully performing this role include converting jobs at the company KPI standard while completing the required work in an organized and quality-controlled manner to the customer's ultimate satisfaction.

Tactical Work:

• Create turnover opportunities for the sales department
• Identify the appropriate way to satisfy our customer's needs through the various services and offerings provided by Goettl, provide three options
• Cross promote all products sold by the business
• Inspect all HVAC systems to identify preventive maintenance, repair and replacement opportunities that will benefit the customer
• Ensure all appropriate tests are performed and documented during maintenance, including static pressure, refrigerant charge and amperage draws

Vital Factors:

Meet or exceed the following daily budgeted KPIs for your department:

• Maintain callback rate less than 3%
• Maintain your truck inventory to the appropriate PAR level
• MFO & DFO
• Meet or exceed budgeted lead generation and sales goals
• Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 4.5 or higher

• Perform your duties efficiently and maintain your vehicle in a clean and safe manner

Requirements

• Must have EPA certification (Type II, III, or universal)
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC experience
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening (Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methaqualone, Methadone) and comprehensive background check
• US work authorization

Physical Demands:

Technicians can often spend their time bending, crouched, or lean on their knees as they install and work on different types of equipment. Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking. Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing. Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching. Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 75 pounds. Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases. Requires local travel as necessary. Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying. Work in tiring and uncomfortable positions, around gas lines, around fumes and toxic chemicals, outside and inside. Exposure to extreme temperatures. Requires local travel as needed.
