Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other solar system components
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on solar energy systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with solar panels and electrical components
- Repair or replace faulty equipment or wiring
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Keep accurate records of work performed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Solar Technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and their components
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for installation and repairs
- Familiarity with fixture installation, commercial electrician work, blueprint reading, high voltage systems, plumbing, NEC codes, schematics, and forklift operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
