If so, we invite you to join our team as a Comfort Advisor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping us achieve our mission while upholding our core values.
Responsibilities:
- Recommending proper solutions based on your analysis - solutions to optimize the HVAC system's efficiency, including upgrading the system, adding insulation, upgrading indoor air quality, and taking care of leaky ductwork.
- Being able to articulate and present detailed proposals to clients, explaining the recommended solutions, the costs involved, and the expected results.
- Building strong relationships, answering questions, addressing concerns, providing follow-up visits with customers, and achieving 5-star service throughout the entire process
- Ensuring that all recommendations and solutions comply with local and state building codes and regulations; achieving and filing for state and local rebates.
- Staying on top of the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends to provide the most up-to-date solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the home services industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in technology and a willingness to adapt to new tools and systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Commitment to excellence and dedication to customer satisfaction.
