LVN/LPN - Med/Surg (Days)

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of Med Surg experience - Required.
• Tele Strip Reading experience strongly encouraged.
• may be asked to float internally to other Units within skillset.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)

• Iowa

Pay: $65.99 - $71.86 per hour

Weekly schedule:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Medical-surgical: 2 years (Preferred)
• Tele Strip Reading: 1 year (Preferred)

• LVN License (Preferred)
• Lowa State License (Preferred)
• ACLS(AHA) Certification (Preferred)
• BLS (AHA)Certification (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Waterloo, IA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
