Service Professor is a residential home services company that has been serving the West Michigan community since 2004.

- Troubleshoot malfunctioning HVAC installations and advanced service class to restore the systems to proper working order
- Perform site audits for quality and code compliance on residential installations
- Train team members on identified mistakes to ensure higher quality work and efficiency of the department
- Order necessary inventory to restock install kits and audit parts lists provided by the sales team
- Support the HVAC install teams by responding to troubleshooting questions
- Respond to advanced service calls that the service department is unable to resolve
- Minimum of 3 years of Residential HVAC Install experience, a combination of HVAC Service experience is preferred.
- EPA Universal License required.
- Service Titan experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License.
