Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team. As an HVAC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will play a key role in managing projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of HVAC technicians and provide guidance and support
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Train and mentor technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements
Skills:
- EPA Universal and TDLR Required
- 4+ years HVAC experience in a residential setting
- Proven experience in managing a team of HVAC technicians
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Strategic planning to help set goals and objectives for the company
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
