Our ELECTRIC company is a long-established reputable electrical services provider looking to expand our offerings by establishing an HVAC division. With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to play a key role in this exciting venture.
Responsibilities:
- Installation and Maintenance: Take the lead in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your extensive HVAC knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Team Management (if applicable): If you have management experience, oversee and guide a team of HVAC technicians as we build out our client base, ensuring cohesion and productivity.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to explain HVAC services, address concerns, and uphold a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Project Coordination: Manage HVAC projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of HVAC systems.
- Collaboration with Electrical Team: Work closely with the electrical services team to ensure seamless integration of HVAC services within the company's overall offerings.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HVAC experience: Proven track record in the HVAC field with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Leadership Skills (if applicable): Experience in managing or leading a team of HVAC technicians.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Project Management: Ability to manage HVAC projects independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Certifications: Relevant HVAC certifications and licenses are required.
