We are currently looking for next Installer to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have residential install experience with a good record of completing jobs efficiently and right the first time.

Pay Range: $22.00 - $38.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs + Benefits
Benefits: Health (70% employee / 50% family company paid), Dental, Vision, Paid vacation, Paid holidays, Phone, Uniform, Training, Retirement plan with company contribution, and Sick Leave (earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, not to exceed 48 hours)
Required Qualifications:
- Residential install experience a plus
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Completion of HVAC training preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Great communication skills, friendly
- Willingness to sell add-ons
- NATE Certified is a plus
