Colorado Home Services (CHS) is hiring for a full time skylight installation leader with attention to detail and roofing experience.

Company background

Since April 2020, the CHS team has grown 5x and added products and services to become the leading expert in home ventilation statewide. We need great team members to help bring these green solutions to every home on the Front Range.

Role Overview

The Skylight Installation Lead will conduct onsite estimates, measure and develop scope for new installation and replacement, and conduct installation of skylights and sun tunnels.

Training and Advancement

Training not expected. Advancement to full time, salaried position possible.

Key Capabilities

1. Diligently apply existing and new installation techniques for Residential Skylights to ensure quality, timely work
2. Proactively manage residential job sites with preparation, execution, and cleanup in multiple residences each day while also interacting with customers for a great experience
3. Dependably arrive on time to participate in daily operations discussions to internalize improvements and help other team members grow
4. Cooperate with the team to manage vehicle readiness, information reporting, and the customer experience to advance company efficiencies and reputation
5. Work authorization, driver’s license and clean record required, as a background checks will be conducted

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
